Movement 11 / 13 · 32 counts · 両脚で跳ぶ運動

Light Jumps

Small bounces of pure morning joy.

Bounce lightly on both feet in rhythm — small jumps, soft landings, cheerful tempo.

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Bounce on both feet — a few centimeters of air is plenty.
  3. Land softly through the balls of the feet, knees springy.
  4. Optionally open feet and arms wide on alternate counts, like a gentle jumping jack.

Breathing: Breathe in rhythm; if you can't chat comfortably, bounce lower.
